—Master Degree

in the Discipline of Pakistan Studies from the Department of Pakistan Govt. Postgraduate College Mansehra affiliated at that time with University of Peshawar in 2004. Thereafter, Mr. Altaf got admission in Quaid-i-Azam University and completed his

—M.Phil

in the same discipline from National Institute of Pakistan Studies, QAU in 2007. Recently, he is on Study Leave as he has got enrollment in

—PhD ( in progress)

in Area Study for Russia, China and Central Asia, University of Peshawar.
